Temperatur and Humidity Sensor
The DHT11 Sensor Module is a low cost temperature and humidity sensor. It can be connected to Arduinos or other microcontroller and requires only a single GPIO pin. A DHTlib for Arduino is available.
The module will operate at 3 to 5.5V. Power consumption (and with that: self-heating) is significantly lower at 3V.
