IEEE1284 / Centronics Parallel Printer Interface for Radio Shack TRS-80 Model 1

Connects directly to the TRS-80 Model 1 keyboard unit, no Radio Shack Expansion Interface required. Replaces Radio Shack part # 26-1411

Prints to parallel (centronics) printers, using BASIC commands such as LLIST or LPRINT

No power supply needed in most cases (powered from compatible printer)

In addition to the standard Radio Shack 26-1411 features, our GG-TRS-PID has the following additional features:

• Configurable Power Source (Centronics Pin 35 (standard), Centronics Pin 18, Connector for external power source
• Auto-Feed jumper (for printers that support it)




If you already own the Radio Shack Expansion Interface, we recommend you use the GG-TRS-PC1 cable instead of this GG-TRS-PID to connect to your centronics printer: it is a lower cost solution that achieves the same thing
