Shipping

USA Economy: This will ship US Postal Service Ground Economy (formerly First Class Package), or FedEx Ground Economy.  Either way, you will receive a tracking number from us so that you can track progress.

USA Expedited: This will ship FedEx 2-Day in most cases.  For PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, Foreign Posessions and Territories, APO, DPO and in some other cases this will ship USPS Priority Mail

Canada: This will ship FedEx Ground Economy in most cases.  FedEx may contact you for payment of duties and taxes prior to delivery

Europe: This will ship FedEx International Express.  The cost of the customs clearance (i.e. the customs brokerage fees but not the duties or taxes) are included in the shipping cost.  This may save significantly compared to delivery by mail, particularly for our UK customers.

 

 

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
